These terms govern your use of retapmedia.com and its subdomains ("the site"). Services purchased from Retap Media LLC are governed by a separate written services agreement signed by both parties; if these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

- The site describes our services and lets you request a free database audit, book a call, or contact us. Content is provided for general information and is not a guarantee of results for any specific business; engagement-specific commitments, including any written performance guarantee, exist only in a signed services agreement.
- Statistics cited on the site are drawn from the third-party sources indicated and were accurate to the best of our knowledge when published.
- All site content, branding, and materials are the property of Retap Media LLC and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, submit false information, or use our booking and chat tools for anything other than genuine business inquiries.
